Conrado Meirelles, Dental Nurse
Conrado is an experienced and highly skilled Dental Assistant who brings a unique depth of knowledge to the Hello Dental team. With over 10 years of experience working as a dentist in Brazil and more than 6 years as a Dental Assistant in New Zealand, Conrado offers exceptional clinical insight and calm, confident support in every appointment.
He is passionate about providing safe, professional, and patient-centred care, and is known for his gentle approach, strong attention to detail, and ability to make patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their treatment.
Conrado holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry from Brazil and has completed multiple New Zealand qualifications, including the NZ Certificate in Dental Assisting, Sterilising Technology, and Health and Wellbeing, along with training in cultural competency and Te Tiriti o Waitangi. He is also trained in adult and child resuscitation and emergency care.
Having worked across a wide range of dental and community health settings, Conrado has extensive experience in chairside assisting, infection control, radiography, surgery, restorative treatments, and oral health support programmes. He is fluent in English and Portuguese, helping him connect easily with patients from diverse backgrounds.
