Meet Dr Michael Zhuo
Dr Michael Zhuo is a Bachelor of Dental Surgery graduate from the University of Otago, bringing over 12 years of experience to his patients in Auckland. With a special interest in oral surgery – particularly the removal of wisdom teeth – Dr Zhuo combines technical expertise with a gentle, patient-centred approach.
To further enhance healing and patient comfort, Dr Zhuo has incorporated advanced technology such as Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) into his surgical procedures. This innovative technique uses the patient’s own blood to promote faster recovery, reduce post-operative discomfort, and support optimal outcomes in extractions and other oral surgeries.
Over the past decade, he has built a strong reputation for delivering precise, efficient, and comfortable treatment, ensuring patients feel at ease throughout their dental experience. His commitment to ongoing professional development means he stays up to date with the latest techniques and technology in oral surgery and general dentistry.
Outside of the clinic, Dr Zhuo enjoys exploring Auckland’s vibrant food scene, staying active, and spending quality time with family and friends.
