Vianna Yin, Front Office Coordinator

Vianna YinVianna has been part of the Hello Dental team since 2023 and works as the Front Desk Coordinator, where she plays a central role in ensuring the clinic runs smoothly each day. She is the first point of contact for patients and is dedicated to creating a welcoming, organised, and supportive experience from arrival to departure.

Vianna NZDA CerfWith a background in dental assisting and completion of her Dental Assistant course and certification in 2025, Vianna brings strong clinical understanding to her coordination role, allowing her to effectively support both patients and the dental team.

She oversees daily front desk operations, appointment scheduling, patient communication, and coordination between clinicians and support staff, helping the clinic operate efficiently while maintaining a high standard of patient care.

Vianna is multilingual and fluent in English, Chinese, and Japanese, enabling her to assist patients from diverse backgrounds with clarity and confidence.

Outside of work, Vianna enjoys doing puzzles, reflecting her attention to detail, organisation skills, and problem-solving approach—qualities that are essential in her role as Front Desk Coordinator.
